Statutory purpose
NCF er en demokratisk og frivillig forening. Formålet er på landsbasis å ivareta interessene til personer med cøliaki eller andre autoimmune tilstander forårsaket av gluten som dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) og glutenataksi og andre brukere av glutenfri kost ved å drive opplysende og rådgivende virksomhet. NCF er et kontaktorgan mellom medlemmer og myndigheter, og samarbeider også med forskere, helsepersonell og andre relevante aktører. Foreningen fremmer forskning og kunnskapsbasert praksis og fungerer som kontaktorgan i internasjonalt samarbeid.
