Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. 25 % VAT is added for Norwegian customers.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Monthly subscriptions run until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective from the next billing period. Yearly subscriptions run until the end of the paid period.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. A free company profile is always available, and paid subscriptions can be tried for 14 days. You can also ask us for a walkthrough before you decide.
How do I cancel?
You cancel yourself under My page, or send an email to kontakt@proffi.no. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
What is the difference between a company profile and a professional subscription?
A company profile is about your own business: presentation, contact details, services and enquiries. A professional subscription is a tool for searching, filtering and exporting information about other companies.
