Stiftelsen skal arbeide for å bedre arbeids- og rekrutteringsmulighetene for TISIP og FoU-institusjoner som TISIP samarbeider med. Stiftelsen skal bidra til god kontakt mellom TISIP og informasjonsteknologiske fagmiljø innen undervisning og FoU i Norge og utlandet. Stiftelsen skal tilby nettbaserte studier og har fjernundervisning som hovedmål.
