Statutory purpose

Selskapet skal medverka til istandssetting, tilsyn, vedlikehald og utvikling av Vossevangen som regionssenter. Selskapet skal utføra heradet sine oppgåver etter «forskrift om vilkårsparkering for allmennheten og håndheving av private parkeringsreguleringer (parkeringsforskriften)», jf. vegtrafikkloven § 8, og «forskrift om offentlig parkeringsgebyr» jf. vegtrafikkloven § 31 a. Etter avtale kan Voss Parkering AS også ta seg av drift av private parkeringsanlegg. Selskapet skal disponera heradet sine frikjøpsmidlar i samsvar med heradet sine retningslinjer. Eventuell deltaking i private parkeringsselskap/prosjekt i form av aksjekapital, tilskot eller lån skal godkjennast av generalforsamlinga.
