Complaint against a moving company

If you discover damage, delay, or deviation, document it quickly. Take photos, note the time, and keep the offer, agreement, messages, inventory list, and receipt.
Complain in writing
Describe what happened, which point in the agreement you believe has been breached, and what you are requesting. Attach documentation and set a reasonable response deadline. The Consumer Council recommends a written complaint, preferably with photos or witnesses, and asking for a reply within 14 days.
